Our Services

Free Consultation

Not sure if this is the right fit? That’s exactly what the consultation is for. We’ll spend 15 minutes getting a feel for each other.  You can ask questions, share a little about what’s going on, and get a sense of how I work. No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation to see if we’re a good match.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space that’s entirely yours. No agenda except what you bring to it. No performance, no pressure to be okay. Just honest, focused support for whatever you’re navigating.

I work with teens and adults across a range of concerns: from perinatal mental health and postpartum support to anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, substance use, and the general weight of being a person in the world. If you’re not sure whether what you’re dealing with fits, reach out anyway. That’s what the consultation is for.

All individual therapy services are provided virtually and available to anyone living in the state of Ohio.

50 minutes | $150 | Self Pay

Areas of Specialization

  • Why don't I feel like myself after having a baby?

Somewhere between the sleepless nights, the rage that catches you off guard, and the pressure to feel grateful, you lost track of you. That's not a flaw, it's one of the more common, less talked about parts of postpartum. You can find your way back, and you don't have to do it alone.

  • Why do I feel anxious even when nothing's wrong?

Maybe you're performing fine on the outside while running on high alert underneath. Maybe it's not sadness, but irritability, numbness, or just going through the motions. Anxiety and depression don't always look like the textbook version, and you don't need a crisis to deserve support.

  • Why does change feel so much harder than I expected?

You got the job. You had the baby. You made the move. So why does it still feel like the ground shifted under you? Change asks you to let go of who you were before you've figured out who you're becoming, and that in-between space is allowed to be hard, even when everything on paper looks fine.

  • Do I have a problem, or am I overthinking it?

Maybe it's not fun anymore, it's just something you do to get through the day. Maybe you've talked yourself out of it more than once, telling yourself it's not that bad. You don't have to have hit rock bottom to take it seriously. No diagnosis, no one-size-fits-all recovery script. Just an honest conversation about what you actually want.

  • Why does parenting feel so lonely?

You're surrounded by people, a partner, kids, maybe family nearby, and you're still carrying things nobody seems to see. The mental load that never empties. The version of yourself you set aside and can't quite find anymore. That's not failure. That's parenthood, and it's allowed to feel hard.

Comprehensive Mental Health & Substance Use Assessment

A comprehensive assessment gives you, or whoever needs it, a clear, honest clinical picture of what’s going on. It covers mental health and substance use together, because the two are rarely entirely separate. The result is a thorough evaluation with documented findings and recommendations for next steps.

All assessment services are provided virtually and available to anyone living in the state of Ohio.
